Ron began his career in real estate in 1996 while Honorably serving nine years in the United States Marine Corps as a fireman at MCAS El Toro. His entrepreneurial nature and keen understanding of real estate contracts led him to starting his own mobile notary business. 
In 2003, with an interest in real estate and finance he pursued a career in mortgage lending where he trained "A players" that continue to dominate their industry even today.

Natalie Alvarez

Natalie joined th Megan Varga Group in 2019. As a licensed and certified T.C. she brings 15+ years of experience to her team.  Assisting in over 350 million in sales, Natalie’s business ethics are top notch.  With an exceptional eye for attention to detail, Natalie assist's her clients with keeping their transactions  DRE compliant.  Natalie has enjoyed volunteering for LBR/CAF for the past 8 years and excited enter her two fur babies in this year's best costume category.

​Brendy joined The Skenderian Group in 2015. In addition to sales, she is responsible for all group marketing and advertising. Joining The Skenderian Group has been “one of the smartest leaps I’ve ever taken” says Brendy. She loves being a part of our professional community and has felt welcomed and supported by everyone she’s met. Brendy is excited about the opportunity to give back. Brendy has lived in Laguna Beach for 24 years and she has decidedly made this her home. 
Robin E. Thomas

Robin is a mortgage lender with West One Capital Group and has over 10+ years of experience as a mortgage advisor. She has a strong work ethic, excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. She is a member of Laguna Beach Board of Realtors, Orange County Board of Realtors and San Diego County Board of Realtors. She lives and works in Laguna Beach and loves being an integral part of this community by volunteering. 

It takes a team of dedicated volunteers to make sure our events are fun for the community while raising awareness and funds for our local non-profits. We're fortunate to have some of the best dedicate their time, energy, and expertise to our event .

THE LAGUNA BOARD OF REALTORS® and AFFILIATES’ CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE FUND


The Laguna Board of REALTORS® and Affiliates Charitable Assistance Fund is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization which exists for the benefit of the local community and the Laguna Board of REALTORS® and Affiliate members.


Formed in 2004, the founding Board of Directors had a vision to create a nonprofit organization which would raise funds to donate to local nonprofit organizations in need.

In keeping with the giving, volunteer spirit of the Laguna Beach community, the Charitable Assistance Fund prioritizes local organizations which do not have other consistent means of support.


A portion of the proceeds from the fundraisers go back to the LBR/CAF account to be used for the needs of it REALTORS® and Affiliate members.  The LBR/CAF is proud to have supported its members in times of medical, financial and local disaster hardship.

Your hard work and enthusiasm contributes to the success of two fundraisers:  The Taste for Charity and the Pet Parade & Chili Cook-Off.
